Alondra Chatman

Alondra desires to help people transform their bodies, lives and minds by empowering them to take control of their health. With more than 2 decades of experience as a trainer and coach, she has worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and fitness levels and has an expertise in helping clients acquire better health through physical training, nutrition guidance and mindset adjustment. Alondra’s passion for bodybuilding led her to coach 100+ athletes to the competition stage over the past 15 years earning athletes dozens of pro statuses and 4 Natural Olympia Championship titles.

Alondra is determined to bring resilience, safety and excellence during training. When she’s not helping people, you’ll find her watching movies, engaging in outdoor activities, cooking, on stage competing herself or spending time with family.

Maurice Chatman

Maurice exists to partner with individuals to reach their fitness goals. He believes that working out is not magic - it requires both the efforts of the trainer, AND the trainee. He does this by guiding clients through their personal fitness programs, insuring they use proper form, weights and intensity.

Maurice was an athlete from a young age, participating in team sports from his youth through adult life. He has spent the last 13 years as a personal trainer .Training others allows him to improve his clients’ quality of life by shaping a healthy, sustainable workout program in an energetic and fun environment.

He believes that we get what we work for, there is no shortcut to getting fit, and we don’t get out of shape overnight; so understanding that it takes hard work, consistently and dedication is key to remaining true to the training program.

When Maurice is not training, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and watching movies. Additionally, photography is also a passion of his. He enjoys capturing images that people will cherish.

Juel Rice II

Juel found his passion for training people in 2006 when he became the Physical Training Leader of his command while in the Marine Corps. Since then, he has continued to help people build confidence, better their health, and improve their physical fitness through his roles as a personal trainer, assistant coach to the Divas & Gents natural bodybuilding team, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor for kids. When he is not transforming minds and bodies in the gym, Juel spends most of his free time doing fun activities with his wife and five children.
